Understanding the correlation between her menstrual cycle and the cycle and phases of the moon can be highly beneficial to a woman.
Do you know during which moon phase you are most likely to get your period? If not, don't worry, it's easy to figure out with a little patience, determination and focus....like most things in life. The reward will be huge though, as then you can easily determine what phase of your cycle you are on based on the moon phase (providing that you are a regular sort...like the moon itself).
Traditionally, before the modern world encroached with all its light pollution, women were known to have their periods during the new moon and to ovulate during the full moon. This makes a lot of sense when you think about it. Ovulation is the ideal time to fraternize with the opposite sex and procreate and the light of the moon would have assisted this in ancient times. Even now, the largest percentage of women menstruate during the new moon.
I have made a moon and cycle chart for you to follow. Simply fill out this short form and click submit and the download will be made available (all information is private and confidential and will be treated as such and will never be shared or sold).
If you would like to regulate your cycle using moonlight the solution is a relatively easy one. Simply sleep in a dark room for most of the month but when the moon is full and at its brightest, open the curtains and bask in the moonlight as you sleep. Ideally, your window will be in such a location that the moon itself is visible for most of the evening.
